趙女士持有教育學士學位及教育碩士學位，執教鞭逾四十年。在任校長期間，她屢獲教育局頒發的關愛校園、學生獎項。趙女士處理繁重校務的同時，亦兼顧社區服務，在區議會、香港女童軍總會及南區校長會等肩負各項職務。她在這些範疇的付出備受政府認同，並在2018年榮獲民政及青年事務局局長嘉許狀。

 退休後，趙女士繼續以不同的義務身份貢獻社區，包括擔任學校校董、創辦天主教非牟利機構「塔冷通基金」並出任理事長。她致力推動中國文化及扶助弱小的工作。

Ms Chiu holds a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master degree in Education, with over forty years of professional experience in the field of education. During her tenure as School Principal, she was awarded several prizes on school- and student-caring by the Education Bureau. Juggling her heavy workload, Ms Chiu shouldered different community service roles in the District Council, Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and Southern District Joint Schools Conference. Her endeavours in these areas were well-recognised by the government and was awarded Commendation Certificate by the Secretary for Home Affairs in 2018. 

Upon retirement, Ms Chiu continues to contribute the community in various voluntary capacities such as assuming School Manager and co-founding Talents Foundation, an NGO with Catholic background, and serving as its Chief Executive. She is committed to promote Chinese culture and helping the needy ones.
