中僑參茸的第二代繼承人及現任執行董事。她出身自中醫藥世家，父親林日初中醫師於 1970 年代創立中僑參茸，業務版圖橫跨香港、澳門、中國內地及美國。林迪恩原本於建築業界發展，其後決定轉戰參茸業接手家族生意。在傳承過程中，她成功克服了管理資深員工與推動傳統行業轉型的挑戰，為網店及家族業務注入新元素。她積極提倡結合中醫藥智慧與養生之道，致力協助現代人提升身心靈健康。

Ms Ines Lam is the second-generation successor and current Executive Director of Chong Kio Farmacia Chinesa.

 

Coming from a traditional Chinese medicine family, her father, Dr. Elias Lam Iat Cho, the founder of Chong Kio Farmacia Chinesa, began his career as a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and devoted himself to TCM industry since the 1950s. Founded in the 1970s, Chong Kio Farmacia Chinesa has a wide business footprint spanning Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, and the United States.

Originally pursuing a career in the architecture industry, Ms. Lam later decided to pivot to the ginseng and medicinal herbs sector to take over the family business. During the succession process, Ms. Lam successfully overcame the challenges of managing senior, veteran staff and driving the digital transformation of a traditional industry, injecting fresh elements into the online store and family enterprise. Ms. Lam actively promotes the integration of Chinese medicine wisdom with wellness practices, dedicating herself to helping modern individuals enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
