陳曉峰議員是一位擁有計算機科學背景、經驗豐富的律師，現為翰宇國際律師事務所的合夥人。該事務所在四大洲設有約 40 個辦事處，他負責該事務所的區域事務。他亦為亞洲–非洲法律協商組織（亞非法協）香港區域仲裁中心的主任。

 

他是港區全國人大代表，現任代表法律界功能界別立法會議員、特首政策組成員、創科創投基金諮詢委員會主席、通訊事務管理局成員、法律及爭議解決服務專家諮詢組成員、香港中文大學校董會成員、香港科技大學顧問委員會成員、兩所大學法學院院務會成員。陳先生在香港中文大學教授法律並任香港浸會大學客座教授等。

 

陳先生為香港仲裁師協會資深會員、中國委託公證人、香港科技大學榮譽院士、香港高等教育科技學院榮譽教授，並獲香港特別行政區政府頒授銅紫荊星章及榮譽勳章。

The Honorable Nick Chan Hiu Fung, BBS, MH, JP is an experienced lawyer with a computer science background and is currently a partner at Squire Patton Boggs, where he oversees the firm's regional affairs. The firm has approximately 40 offices across four continents. He also serves as the Director of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre.
