Ms. Tsang dedicated over 30 years of her career to primary education. During her tenure as principal, she developed diverse extracurricular learning experiences for students, including leadership programs, adventure training, astronomy courses, and coding classes. She also championed experiential learning, leading students on field trips to the UK, US, Singapore, New Zealand and mainland China to broaden their global and national horizons.

After retirement, Ms. Tsang has been appointed as a part-time course consultant in The Education University of Hong Kong for managing 'classroom quality evaluation'. Meanwhile, she has taken up a number of volunteer duties in the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and the Sheng Kung Hui.

Ms. Tsang not only advocates lifelong learning, but also deeply loves Chinese culture and history.
