Inheritance of Chinese Art and Culture 2024
| SPARKLE CHARITY FOUNDATION x Chong Gene Hang College |
In collaboration with the Chong Gene Hang College, this event introduced "The Development of Chinese Clothing," outlining the evolution of Chinese clothing from the pre-Qin period through the Han, Tang, Song, and Qing dynasties to modern times. It also mentioned that the Hong Kong cheongsam has been designated a national intangible cultural heritage since 2021. The event transformed the traditional cheongsam concept into today's creatively designed "unconventional cheongsam," allowing students to promote Chinese culture. Finally, students took their self-designed cheongsam fabrics back to school to share with classmates and teachers.
