In the residential care homes for the elderly (RCHEs), "ensuring that the elderly eat safely and healthily" is of paramount importance. For the elderly with reduced chewing function and weaker swallowing ability, a satisfactory care food is not only a basic dietary need, but also a crucial aspect of ensuring their health.

On September 19, 2025, we proactively visited several RCHEs to hold "Care Food Standards and Techniques Workshops" to help caregivers gain a deeper understanding of International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) and learn how to easily and quickly prepare delicious and refined care food dishes.
