German Pool Happy Kitchen Care Food Standards and Techniques Sharing Workshop was successfully held. Caregivers and seniors gathered at the event, and we spent a fulfilling and heartwarming time together, using the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) standard as a bridge and delicious afternoon tea as a medium.

 

In addition to practical knowledge sharing, the live demonstrations of various German Pool's professional food processors became a highlight of the workshop. The instructors demonstrated how to use different models of processors, from mincing and pureeing ingredients to preparing homogenized soft meals. These simple operations can be completed quickly, which not only greatly reduces the difficulty of preparing care meals, but also maximizes the preservation of the nutrients and original flavor of the ingredients.

 

In the future, Happy Kitchen will continue to bring more workshops and activities tailored to the needs of caregivers, using professional knowledge, practical tools, and warm companionship to inject more convenience and beauty into caregiving life. Let's look forward to our next encounter!
