We are committed to organizing and training young volunteers, arranging diverse volunteer work and exchange opportunities, so that young people can learn to help others through practice, enrich their life experience, and accumulate practical social skills.

We offer various volunteer training courses covering leadership training, volunteer management, and professional skills development, aiming to cultivate professional young volunteer leaders for society.

Through workshops, seminars, and guided tours, we encourage young people to explore the world with an open mind, enhance their communication skills, critical thinking, and cultural awareness, and become future leaders with an international perspective.

We uphold the philosophy of "achieving personal success for the benefit of the community" and are committed to connecting resources from different sectors of society so that young people, students throughout Hong Kong and the general public can all benefit and work together to create a better society.

We actively promote the culture of care food and the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI). Through the "Train the Trainer" training model, we teach volunteers in the Sparkle Volunteer Team the skills and knowledge of care food preparation, raising public awareness of swallowing health. With the goal of "inclusive care for seniors," we aim to help more people understand how to care for those in need in a safe, delicious, and dignified way.

After completing IDDSI and care food training, volunteers from the Sparkle Volunteer Team can further participate in our care food community activities and volunteer services, personally go into the community, assist people in need and the elderly, put what they have learned into practice, convey the spirit of care and inclusion, and bring more warmth and support to the community.
